  • See https://mrpopperspenguins.wikispaces.com/ for a literacy unit using a wiki designed to accommodate both gifted and resourcre students. It involves blogging, peer reviews, and embedded 2.0 widgets.
  • VocAvatars - use to develop vocabulary skills with English Language Learners. The "VacAvatars" are a computer representation of a person that speaks and provides directions to the students to assist with vocabulary development. It uses the vocabulary development process of 10-24-7; words are reviewed after 10 minutes, then reviewed again after 24 hours, and finally again after 7 days.
  • Speaking avatars can also be used in the world language classroom. See www.voki.com

It is all single-sided printing. Not all templates can be downloaded for free. They do have a book for purchase which contains other templates and downlards.
